La Dictadura en clave de género

Resumen

Por medio de algunas investigaciones ejemplificadoras, la autora analiza en este artículo la mirada negativa que intentó imponer la última Dictadura cívico militar sobre las mujeres militantes, junto con el aprendizaje social del silencio por el terror, que se vuelve sistémico cuando se perpetuaba desde el Estado totalitario. La destrucción de la subjetividad, operada por las violaciones y por la violencia sexual, junto con la maternidad en cautiverio, se articulan con los cambios experimentados por la legislación argentina sobre crímenes de lesa humanidad y se suman al análisis de lo sucedido en otros países del cono sur (Chile, Paraguay y Perú) durante gobiernos de facto.

Abstract

By means of some investigations ejemplificadoras, in this article the authoress analyzes the negative look that the last civic and military Dictatorship tried to impose about militants women, together with the social learning of the silence for the terror, which becomes systemic when it was perpetuated from the totalitarian State. The destruction of the subjectivity, produced by the violations and by the sexual violence, together with the maternity in captivity, are articulated by the changes in the Argentine legislation on crimes against humanity and added to the analysis of the happened in other Southern Cone countries (Chile, Paraguay and Peru) during governments of fact.
